COVID-19 Update

How FSML is Responding

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we at FSML remain committed to providing the best level of service we can in these conditions. With that in mind, we have been closely monitoring the coronavirus developments and have taken appropriate steps to limit potential impacts to our employees, customers, and operations.

Work-at-Home Practices Implemented

Prior to the Governor’s Order, we directed nearly all employees to work remotely by leveraging at-home workstations and secure network connections. By doing so, we were immediately able to take video depositions, handle WCAB hearings, file EAMS forms and settlement documents, electronically handle all legal functions, and resolve issues before they become unmanageable.

At FSML, we know that one thing and one thing only counts – RESULTS!

Other Steps Taken

We have also asked our contractors to follow CDC guidelines and best practices, including to stay home if they are sick, avoid contact with people who are sick, clean hands often, wear face coverings, and clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and items.
