Tina Washburn is an associate attorney in our firm’s Orange County office, where she practices workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Washburn began her career as a Registered Nurse, working for 10 years in the areas of oncology, pulmonary, and general medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Long Beach and gained Certification as a Public Health Nurse. Ms. Washburn earned her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, graduating summa cum laude. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, Ms. Washburn worked for two well-regarded workers’ compensation defense firms and gained over 21 years’ experience defending self-insured employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including eight years focused on aggressive lien litigation.
