Tim Simmen is a Partner with the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin and is the manager of the firm’s General Liability Defense Department. He specializes in civil litigation and currently handles a variety of personal injury litigation involving high exposure cases. Examples of cases he has handled include: severe disfigurement from a motor vehicle collision, dismemberment and amputation from a power press, loss of an eye from a fight, spinal injury resulting in disc replacement from a motor vehicle collision and traumatic brain injury from a fall. He has extensive experience in the areas of law and motion, discovery and trial preparation in multi-party and complex litigation.
Mr. Simmen possesses a strong academic background. He received multiple awards related to his academic achievement, earned academic scholarships and graduated summa cum laude with highest honors. During law school, he worked for the Ventura District Attorney. Before becoming an attorney, he worked in law enforcement. Mr. Simmen is licensed to practice before all state Courts of the State of California. He is married and resides in Ventura.
