Renee L. Sherman is the Human Resources Administrator for Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP. She is an HR Generalist. Her legal/HR background spans three decades working in civil litigation, workers’ compensation and employment law. In 1991, she joined Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin as the assistant to the managing partner. Ms. Sherman was promoted to Staff Manager in 2005, and then to Human Resources Administrator in 2009. In this role, she oversees and directs the firm’s Human Resources Department, which is responsible for a large workforce located around California. She executes daily HR operations and functions for the firm, including recruiting, hiring, benefit administration, disability management, leave coordination and performance/disciplinary management.
