Renee L. Sherman serves as the Human Resources Administrator for Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP and is an experienced HR Generalist with more than three decades of legal and human resources experience spanning civil litigation, workers’ compensation, and employment law.
Ms. Sherman joined the firm in 1991 as assistant to the managing partner. She was promoted to Staff Manager in 2005, where she oversaw the firm’s support staff. Ms. Sherman was later advanced to Human Resources Administrator in 2009.
In her current role, Ms. Sherman oversees and directs the firm’s Human Resources Department, supporting a large workforce throughout California. Her responsibilities include continuing to manage the support staff, managing daily HR operations and functions, including recruiting, hiring, employee benefits, administration, disability management, leave coordination and performance, and disciplinary management.
