Hearing Representative
Oscar Rodriguez is a Hearing Representative with our firm’s Pasadena location. Mr. Rodriguez is not only a certified Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster (WCCA), but he completed his certificate with advanced courses provided by the Insurance Education Associates for his WCCP. Before joining our firm, Mr. Rodriguez obtained over 12 years of experience in the California workers’ compensation system as a hearing representative. With that sophistication, Mr. Rodriguez is able to analyze medical and legal evidence and is able to resolve lien matters quickly and efficiently, saving both time and litigation costs to his clients.
