Jeffrey Sardell is a Partner in our firm’s Westlake Village office. Mr. Sardell obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University with an emphasis in child development and a minor in English. While at San Diego State University, he played defensive line for the Aztecs on their top 25 ranked football team.
Mr. Sardell has been practicing for over 20 years in workers’ compensation. He also has extensive experience in business litigation and employment law. Mr. Sardell specializes in workers’ compensation defense, Labor Code 132a discrimination and Serious and Willful misconduct claims, workers’ compensation fraud, insurance coverage issues, appellate practice, subrogation, public entity disability claims, defense base act litigation, general liability defense, insurance defense, wrongful termination, claims of harassment/discrimination (sex, gender, age, race) and general employment-related litigation (defamation, privacy, interference with contract). He defends his cases with great vigor based on our mantra that Every Case is Defensible.
