Attorney at Law
Jan-Erick Baquiran is an associate attorney in our firm’s Pasadena office, where he practices exclusively workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Baquiran earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine before going on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Baquiran received Honors in oral advocacy, negotiations and for his work at the school’s Civil Legal Clinic, where he developed the necessary skills to zealously advocate for his clients at Superior Court and administrative hearings. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin in 2020, Mr. Baquiran practiced workers’ compensation defense for several years gaining experience in all litigation aspects while representing employers, insurance companies and self-insured entities before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
