Attorney at Law
Céline Bisson is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin in our firm’s Sacramento office. Ms. Bisson graduated from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 2020, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Women’s & Gender Studies, and received the Outstanding Student Award. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis in 2023.
While in law school, Ms. Bisson interned at several large tech companies, where she drafted and implemented employment and privacy policies and helped create employee training programs. Since passing the California Bar in 2023, Ms. Bisson has litigated employment matters, specifically involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, in California and Federal Courts. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
