Tauzetti Pritchard is a Hearing Representative in our firm’s Fresno office. With more than 23 years of experience in the workers’ compensation and Social Security arena, she brings deep industry knowledge and a results-driven approach to every case. During this time, she has worked with a large variety of clients including insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
Ms. Pritchard has extensive experience handling all phases of workers’ compensation cases, including settlement negotiations, litigation, appeals, and Trials. She has successfully prevailed in numerous cases before the Court of Appeals, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the Social Security Appeals Council.
