Fatemeh Iravani is an associate attorney in our firm’s Pasadena Office. She represents employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in a broad range of workers’ compensation matters. Her practice focuses on providing strategic, client-centered representation through thorough case analysis, medical record review, and effective litigation support.
Prior to joining the defense side, Ms. Iravani gained approximately one and a half years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law from the applicant/plaintiff perspective, providing her with valuable insight into claim evaluation, litigation strategy, and the interests of injured workers. This experience allows her to approach defense matters with a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the workers’ compensation system.
Before practicing in the United States, Ms. Iravani practiced law in Iran for more than ten years, handling matters involving intellectual property, contracts, criminal law, and corporate law. She brings a diverse international legal background and a detail-oriented approach to complex legal issues.
Ms. Iravani earned her Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Tehran. She was awarded a research fellowship in Milan, Italy, where she conducted advanced research in intellectual property law, and also conducted legal research at Columbia University. Ms. Iravani is the author of two published Persian-language books on intellectual property law, reflecting her commitment to legal scholarship and professional development.
Drawing upon her international legal experience and her practice in California workers’ compensation, Ms. Iravani is dedicated to providing thoughtful, efficient, and effective representation tailored to each client’s needs.
