      Qualified candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience or be certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation.  Candidate must be able to handle a complex case load in a paperless environment.    Trial experience and demonstrated results deposing medical specialists is a must.   While WCAB venues are limited to closer to the office worked, at times candidates must be willing to travel to all Southern California Boards.

    • Full-time Receptionist - Orange  
    • Our Orange office is seeking a full-time Receptionist.  Excellent working environment, competitive salary and great benefits. Only qualified candidates need apply.
      Requirements:
      • Minimum one year legal experience preferred;
      • 1-2 year of clerical work experience necessary;
      • High school graduate or equivalent;
      • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 60 wpm;
      • Have strong computer skills and be able to operate standard office machines;
      • Proficiency with computer programs including PDF, Outlook, Word and Excel;
      • Ability to answer telephone calls and greet the public in a professional, friendly and courteous manner;
      • Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written;
      • Ability to interact with tact and discretion with supervisors, attorneys, employees, clients, and the general public;
      • Ability to multitask, with emphasis on attention to details.

      Duties will Include:
      • Answering phones;
      • Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail;
      • Scanning and saving documents;
      • Ordering necessary office supplies;
      • Prepare UPS shipping labels as needed;
      • General office and office machine maintenance;
      • Provide office back-up and team support as-needed.
