      Requirements:

      • 3-5 years, at a minimum experience.
      •  Trial Experience
      • Doctor Deposition Experience
      • Able to handle a case load of at least 75 files alone and or under the management of a partner
      • Some appellate experience
      • Able to work in a paperless environment
      • Highly organized and detail orientated
      • While WCAB venues are limited to closer to the office worked, at times candidates must be willing to travel to all Southern California boards

    • Office Clerk, Administrative Support - Long Beach and Orange Offices  
    • Seeking an Office Clerk for our Long Beach and Orange offices.

      Applicants must have excellent computer and communication skills with an ability to work independently, multi-task, follow directions and have a positive attitude.

      Duties included:

      • Scanning, convert documents/correspondence to PDF and save to paperless files.
      • Proficiency with computer programs including PDF, Outlook, Word and Excel.
        General office and office machine maintenance.
      • Order, receive and putting away office supplies.
      • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
      • Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail.
      • Prepare UPS shipping labels as needed.
      • Back-up phone lines.
      • Provide office back-up and team support.

      Workers’ Compensation knowledge not required but beneficial.  Any combination of experience, education, or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required is acceptable.
