      Qualified candidate must have 3-5 years’ experience or be certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation.  Candidate must be able to handle a complex case load in a paperless environment.    Trial experience and demonstrated results deposing medical specialists is a must.   While WCAB venues are limited to closer to the office worked, at times candidates must be willing to travel to all Southern California Boards.

    • Experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Receptionist - Orange  
    • Currently seeking qualified,  full-time, experienced Receptionist. Candidates must have the ability to maintain an organized workspace, take initiative and understand the firm directive.

      Other general skills and requirements include:

      • High school graduate or equivalent.
      • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 wpm.
      • Have strong computer skills and be able to operate standard office machines.
      • Ability to answer telephone calls and greet the public in a professional, friendly and courteous manner in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Proficient knowledge of English grammar, composition, spelling and punctuation.
      • Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision.
      • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with clients, associates, and the general public.
      • Excellent attendance is a must.
      • Attention to detail is a must
      • Prior experience in a paperless environment is a plus.
      • Strong and clear communication skills both verbal and written.
      • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
