Attorney at Law
Will McHenry is an associate attorney in our firm’s Westlake Village office. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McHenry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. He then worked for a multinational environmental consulting firm. Mr. McHenry earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
Mr. McHenry’s expertise includes the following: representation of insurance carriers and employers in proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout the state of California; zealous representation of clients at trials before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board; involvement in all aspects of litigation and discovery, including cross-examination of medical experts, taking depositions of injured workers and drafting of medical-legal interrogatories to med legal evaluators; representation of employers in matters involving discrimination under Labor Code Section 132a and Serious and Willful Misconduct (Labor Code Section 4553).
